Nickelodeon, GSI Extend Partnership

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Jan. 30 , 2007 - GSI Commerce Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIC), a leading provider of eCommerce solutions, and Nickelodeon, the number-one entertainment brand for kids, announced a multiyear extension to their eCommerce partnership, which includes Web and order processing technologies, fulfillment, customer care operations, selected paid search and affiliate marketing services.

Nickelodeon’s top eCommerce properties include SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer, The Backyardigan’s and Avatar: The Last Airbender.
